If you selected “Post”, your result will be posted today to the address you provided.

For National Post, it can take up to 10 working days for the result to be delivered.

We use standard mail, so there is no tracking number, but please email us if you don’t receive your results in two weeks and your address is in New Zealand.

For overseas addresses, allow 1-2 months.

If you selected “Pick-up”, please collect your result from ELA Reception. Please remember to bring your passport or driver’s license so that we can issue you your result.

We are on Level 5, 67 Symonds Street, Grafton, Auckland 1010 and reception hours are 8:30am to 4:30pm (Monday to Friday).

A friend or family member can collect your result for you. To authorize this, please complete the form below and provide it to the person collecting your results, along with a copy of your passport. The person must also bring their own identification for verification purposes.
